The venue was set in the very central position close enough to upcoming neighbourhoods of Berlin, and the metro station in a vibrant neighbourhood. Cafe The Breakfast Club located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The room was extremely spacious with an awesome view of Amsterdam's skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as where the pillows.

Great place with 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, and free jacuzzi. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents. I felt welcomed and at ease every visit. I'm coming back for xmas.

Cafeteria-style breakfast with great local flavors is a highlight. Noise from the nightclub made it hard to sleep.

The rooftop sauna was a perfect touch after a long day of exploring, and the trendy restaurant offered fantastic local flavors that enriched our experience.

We had a blast! Great atmosphere in the lobby and the rooftop bar was perfect for unwinding. We loved the Good Music Vinyl Market for some awesome records and explored a unique bookstore nearby. Don't miss out on the sauna access. Definitely planning to return with the crew!

The bathroom did have an odd setup with a window that left little to the imagination. It felt uncomfortable, especially without any privacy.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Standard Twin Room. The rooftop bar has amazing views and a relaxing ambiance. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I loved the comfortable common areas. Great location with easy metro access 🌆

Can recommend for getting around area

Amazing hotel, amazing location, with a quick train station just across the street for easy access to the city center and a beautiful restaurant on the 7th floor offering great views and a nice breakfast buffet.

Everything was exemplary.

The location is a huge plus, just a quick walk from the metro. I loved the vibrant atmosphere, especially the rooftop bar and the outdoor terrace. They had a fantastic view of the city. Our room, a Sleep Cabin, was cleverly designed and comfortable. The amenities, like the sauna and jacuzzis, were a good surprise too! It exceeded our expectations and felt great to be there with my family.

I loved the vibrant atmosphere! The upfront café/bar is perfect. Enjoyed delicious food and quick service. Don't miss the rooftop at sunset-perfect view for a perfect evening. Tips, reserve for the upstairs restaurant and make sure to pack a swimsuit for the hot tub!

Quirky vibes and comfy beds

This place has such a fun, funky vibe! The super nice team, and the location is perfect, right off the metro and just a walk away from downtown. The rooftop hot tub was a highlight. Only thing is, the rooms are kinda small, but honestly, you're not there to hang out in your room, right? Definitely check out the restaurant too!

The room was small but cozy, perfect for solo travelers. I appreciated the cleanliness, and the shared bathroom facilities were kept in great condition. The staff's kindness stood out, providing assistance with a smile. The rooftop spa offered fine views. The noise from other guests was a bit disruptive, and the limited dining options could use improvement.

The rooftop terrace offers hot tubs with fine city views. Canvas, the rooftop restaurant, provides a vibrant atmosphere with panoramic views.

The sleep cabin lived up to its name-it's quite cramped, especially for two people, and a bit tight for comfort. The bathroom amenities left much to be desired, as paper towels ran out and weren't replaced during our entire four-night stay, despite repeated requests. Noise from nearby nightlife can disrupt sleep, particularly in lower rooms. The lack of basic amenities like tea and coffee in the room was disappointing.

Volkshotel offers a vibrant atmosphere with a unique design that blends industrial chic with comfort. The staff were cute, and the restaurant on the top floor serves delicious meals with fine views. The location is very convenient, only a short distance from the Amstel River and public transport.

Rooms can be small if you prefer more space.
